500 Festival Indy Mini Expo​​

The Expo is the exciting start to the Indy Mini weekend in Indianapolis! The 2027 Indy Mini Expo will take place on Thursday, May 6, and Friday, May 7. The Expo features interactive activities and exhibitors for all ages. The Expo is free and open to the public, and a great opportunity for everyone to enjoy the Mini-Marathon and 5K excitement!

Race Packet Pickup

To receive your packet: All participants (Mini-Marathon & 5K) are required to pick up their race materials (bib/timing device, participant shirt, gear check bag) at the Expo. You must have your bib number (found on the confirmation email you will receive) to receive your race packet.

If you forget your bib number, you can use the button below, or you can look it up when you get to the Expo. You may pick up a packet for a friend. Please make sure you have their bib number and a copy of their photo ID.

Showcase your organization/event at the Indy Mini Expo and connect with over 30,000 health and fitness enthusiasts. This is your opportunity to showcase or sell your products/services in an environment that buzzes with excitement.

Drawing a massive crowd of 30,000, the Expo is a hub of activity with exhibitors offering specialty merchandise, the latest in footwear, apparel, nutrition, technology, and more. It’s the perfect opportunity for vendors to sell or sample products, enhance brand awareness, or connect with a health-conscious audience!

The Expo is open to the public, and all Mini-Marathon and 5K participants must pick up their race packets at this event.

As a gesture of gratitude for your support, we offer complimentary entry to either the IU Health 500 Festival Mini-Marathon or the Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K for all Expo exhibitors. With the purchase of an exhibitor booth space, you’re provided with 1 entry for a General Booth Space and 2 entries for a Featured Booth Space.

Registration for the 2027 Expo will open in October 2026.
