Race Day Parking Tips

  • Arrive early: Downtown garages can fill quickly on race morning. Arriving early helps ensure you’ll find a spot and navigate any street closures more easily
  • Parking Availability: With over 73,000 parking spaces downtown, there are plenty of options — but spots closest to the event may fill fast. Find parking options here.
  • Plan Ahead: Review your route in advance, and approach downtown from the side where you plan to park to avoid detours or delays.
  • Use Garages or Lots: Metered street parking may be limited or restricted near the event. Parking garages and lots are your best bet for availability and convenience.
  • Consider Carpooling: Riding with friends helps reduce congestion and makes parking easier for everyone.
